Our modern Australian menu brings together the finest produce from land and sea, crafted with top-quality ingredients from some of Australia’s best producers. Choose from entrées, tapas, mains and desserts, with a wide range of options including salads, seafood, pasta, poultry, lamb and steaks, along with kid’s meals.
Our menu caters for a variety of dietary requirements, with healthier choice, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options available across the menu. Desserts are made in-house by our pastry chef, adding a delicious finishing touch to every meal.

Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Tara Leonardo, a 2025 & 2026 finalist in the Chef of the Year category at the Clubs Queensland Awards for Excellence.
Known for bold, modern flavours and thoughtful touches, Tara creates food that surprises in the best way possible, from Asian-inspired mains to house-made desserts. With a hands-on approach and a focus on fresh, inventive food, Tara and her team deliver consistently delicious meals with every service.
